Are returns permitted? What are the conditions and time limit?

Yes. Conditions Of Return 1- The product will be in the same condition that the customer received from the company. 2- The delivery period after the sale order is 30 days with sales order. 3- Any change in the original condition of the product does not qualify it for return.

Will I be refunded or given a store credit to buy something else from Technology Valley?

The return will be made immediately and according to the customer’s choice, either returning the value paid with the same payment method or replacing the product with the same value paid.

The return shipping is on the customer in the event that the customer rejects the product for non-technical reasons related to the product. However, if there is an error on our part, the return shipping is on us.
