Xiaomi Poco X2, the successor to the Xiaomi Pocophone F1 is officially here and just like the first phone, this one comes with some crazy features for a budget phone. For those of you who are familiar with the Xiaomi Redmi K30, the Xiaomi Poco X2 is a redesigned version of that phone. To find out more about this phone and the Xiaomi Poco X2 Cairo price, continue reading.
Big companies like Samsung recently stepped into the world of 120Hz refresh rate in their phone display but that didn’t keep Xiaomi from offering this feature in their budget Xiaomi Poco X2. The phone comes with a surprising 120Hz refresh rate in its 6.67-inch IPS display showing 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution, 386ppi of pixel density and 20:9 aspect ratio. Both the front and back of the phone are protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 which is definitely nice to have in an affordable phone. The display shows warmer color according to some users but it’s also a bright and vivid display. There is a pill-shaped cutout in front of the display like the Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus but it’s easy to get used to it. It’s available in three different colors: Phoenix Red, Atlantis Blue and Matrix Purple.
Users get a quad-camera setup on the back of the phone with one 64-megapixel Sony IMX 686 sensor. While the images captured by this camera won’t surprise anyone, it can definitely give most of the mid-range phones a run for its money. None of the cameras include Optical Image Stabilization but it is capable of capturing 4K videos at 30fps. The quad-camera setup includes an 8-megapixel 13mm ultrawide sensor, a 2-megapixel macro camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor other than the 64-megapixel camera. As for the selfie camera, it’s a pair of 20-megapixel 27mm wide sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For those of you who are interested to check out some more phones in this price range, there is the Google Pixel 3a and Samsung Galaxy S10e. However, these phones are slightly more expensive compared to the Xiaomi Poco X2 Cairo price.
A phone with a big display and 120Hz refresh rate need a big battery and the Xiaomi Poco X2 delivers on that front. The phone is powered by a big 4500mAh battery which can be also charged from 0 to 100% in just 68 minutes thanks to its 27W fast battery charging support. Under the hood, this phone comes with Qualcomm SDM730 Snapdragon 730G 8nm octa-core processor paired with 6/8GB of RAM and 64/128/256GB of built-in storage depending on the option you choose. There is also the Realme X2 and Samsung Galaxy A80 you can try which packs the same processor and is also almost in the same price range as the Xiaomi Poco X2 Egypt price. Some of the other noteworthy features are: 3.5mm headphone jack, Android 10.0 OS with MIUI 11, microSDXC slot, IR port, Bluetooth 5.0, USB 2.0 and Type-C 1.0 reversible connector.
The Xiaomi Poco X2 is available for EGP 4100 which is what makes this phone really interesting. It was released in February 11, 2020.
