Alcatel has recently unveiled the Alcatel A3 XL which as the name suggests is a huge phone. It’s a budget phone that comes with decent specs and a phablet like screen size. A lot of budget phones were unveiled at the CES this year so it can be difficult to decide which budget phone to go for. To learn more about this upcoming phone including specs and the Alcatel A3 XL Cairo price, continue reading.
As mentioned earlier, the phone is quite big and it’s packing a 6-inch screen showing 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and 245ppi of pixel density. For a phone this big, it’s slightly disappointing to see 720p resolution instead of 1080p if not more. However, it’s a budget phone so you have to keep the price in mind as well. It’s a decent looking phone with plastic exterior. The phone is not too fat or too thin with as its 7.9mm thin. There will be three colors to choose from after the Alcatel A3 XL release date Egypt: white, black and gold. There is the Samsung Galaxy A9 2016 and Sony Xperia XA Ultra if you are looking for a phone with slightly more specs but the same screen size.
There is nothing surprising here, the Alcatel A3 XL is packing an 8-megapixel camera on the back and a 5-megapixel one on the front. Users will be able to capture 1080p videos using the rear camera but that’s all we have learned so far. It will be interesting to see how the camera performs after the Alcatel A3 XL release date Egypt. The phone will be running Android Nougat 7.0 right out of the box which is a relief as most of the budget phones being released nowadays are packing Android Marshmallow 6.0. If it’s a good mid-range camera phone you want, there is the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 and Asus Zenfone 2 Laser. These are slightly more expensive compared to the Alcatel A3 XL dubai price.
Most of the smartphones released nowadays are aiming for a 3000mAh battery and so is the Alcatel A3 XL. Considering the specs it’s packing inside, it should be enough to pass a day or two. The phone includes a Mediatek MT8735B quad-core processor paired with only 1GB of RAM. It can be a deal breaker for some users as 1GB of RAM is just not good enough nowadays even if you don’t intend to do multitasking. Other notable features of this phones are: fingerprint sensor, FM Radio and Bluetooth v4.2. There is the Asus Zenfone Max if battery life is your only concern and you want a big battery.
One of the best thing about this phone is its surprisingly affordable price tag. It will be available for about 3800 EGP after the Alcatel A3 XL release date Egypt. It will be released in the first quarter of 2017.
